By using the Anyponics app you agree to these terms. Please read them — they cover an important point about how to treat the app’s output.

What Anyponics is

Anyponics produces planning estimates for hobbyist hydroponic and aquaponic systems — suggested system types, parts lists, pipe and pump sizing, and rough costs. It is a planning aid for home growers.

Anyponics Pro

Anyponics offers an optional one-time in-app purchase, Anyponics Pro, which unlocks additional features — unlimited designs, AR size preview, design export, and side-by-side compare. Anyponics Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription; there is no recurring charge. All purchases are processed by Apple. Pricing, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, and any refund request must be made to Apple.

Estimates are not engineering certification

The numbers Anyponics generates — pump GPH, pipe diameter, head pressure, electrical load, fish stocking, structural and water weight — are hobbyist-grade approximations based on published rules of thumb. They are not a substitute for professional engineering, electrical, or plumbing advice.

Before building, you are responsible for verifying the design. For any system above roughly 500 GPH, any meaningful vertical lift, or any electrical work near water, consult a qualified professional and follow local electrical and building codes. All electrical near water must use GFCI protection regardless of what the app suggests.

No warranty

Anyponics is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that designs, prices, part availability, or quantities are accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. Prices shown are indicative and vary by region and time. You use the app and act on its output at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anyponics and its developer are not liable for any loss or damage — including crop loss, fish loss, property damage, water damage, electrical fault, or financial loss — arising from use of the app or reliance on its output.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the rate limits or security of the Anyponics service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
